Returns & Refunds policy

RETURNS CRITERIA

• You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

• The product must be returned in its original condition with the original tag intact and attached.

• Please provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

HOW TO RETURN

• Contact our customer service team at support@vitalwears.ca to initiate your return.

• We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.

REFUNDS

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

RETURNING GOODS

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

• Items marked as final sale or clearance may not be eligible for return.

• Personalized or custom products are non-returnable unless defective.
